40 days for Life Fall 2008
Dear Friends for Life,
Our Tucson Central/SW Right to Life Chapter has again agreed to
coordinate the Fall 40 Days Campaign. We plan a kickoff on Sunday,
Sept. 21, and I need help in finding a non-denominational venue for a
2:00PM Official Kickoff. The event will last only about 2 hours, and
attendees will beled in prayer and receive full information on the
schedule, prayers, locations, and other details needed to make this
another public witness success for God and this Campaign.
Here are some of the areas
where I need volunteers to help:
Scheduler for Prayer vigils: to be scheduled to meet
the times available by those who wish to be on site.
Prayer coordinator is needed to help with those who
wish to pray privately, or in church or personal groups - rather than at
the abortuary locations.
Phone Tree coordinator to communicate with those unable
to use Internet.
It is important that we have interdenominational contacts and
participants, so please let me know at your earliest convenience if you
can connect us with your own church, prayer, school, social, and/or
other groups who might be interested in helping with this vital
life-saving event, which has our God at its center and our personal
efforts backing up His Plan to put an end to this devastating Culture of
Death legalized killing in our nation and in our world. We can provide
handouts, information, and other details for the Campaign at your
gatherings, so please use us to do so!
On August 16, 40 Days
for Life is joining with
many organizations and leaders from around the
country for a huge, history-shaping event in our
nation's capital: TheCall DC.
Watch a short, five-minute video about it:

Several weeks ago, we held a big teleconference
with the founder and director of TheCall -- Lou
Engle -- and were joined by Fr. Frank Pavone of
Priests for Life.
